As cross-functional creative director, I worked with teams across every discipline — from design, motion graphics, and packaging to interactive, campaign, and Keynote — to tie all the pieces of the story together for the launch of iPad Pro.
The “Designed For” campaign told the stories of some of the incredible people who rely on Apple’s accessibility features every day.
After months of research, two simultaneous productions with two visionary directors, we created seven short films. These are just two of them. Three others were also turned into :30s TV spots.
From 2014-2018, I worked on every iPhone launch. I wrote the website for iPhone 6, and shortly thereafter found my true love: design films.
Writing design films meant distilling astonishing feats of engineering into simple stories everyone could get excited about. It usually helped that Jony Ive voiced them.
One of the coolest things about being at Apple is getting to work on things you know are going to blow people’s minds when they see them. AirPods, in particular, were game-changing.
